All of us are responsible for sharing good news by transforming the world, but some of us are called to concentrate on social issues in a particular way. At Blessed Carlo Acutis, people with this calling find a home in our Social Justice Outreach ministry.

Our community of passionate, engaged disciples seeks to transform our world by:

• Learning about what is happening in our society and around the world.
• Reflecting on why things are happening and how our values and beliefs speak to that.
• Acting to make the world a more just place.

Our response to our call has taken various forms. We have been ministering to people living on the margins throughout the Chicagoland area. We’ve welcomed refugee families to the U.S., we have supported the establishment of a local community health center, we have participated in and supported the non-profit BANDWITH. And we’ve made sure our faith is heard out in the public.
